Your Role

As a Customer Success Project Manager, you coordinate customer projects from opportunity to delivery. You focus on planning, communication, process control, and stakeholder management to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

  • End to end project coordination: manage timelines, priorities, and dependencies from quote to delivery and completion.
  • Execute the process flow: keep commercial & operational steps (quotes, orders, shipments, returns) running smoothly; monitor progress and risks.
  • Communication hub: maintain digital contact with customers/partners; align internally with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and the Installation team.
  • Software configuration & UAT: gather/validate requirements, configure parameters, coordinate user acceptance testing, and ensure agreed functionality.
  • Reporting & improvement: report status, safeguard process quality, and drive improvements (incl. spotting upsell/cross sell opportunities).

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., Engineering, IT or equivalent).
  • 3–5 years’ experience in project management, customer success, or coordination roles.
  • Strong in structure, communication, and attention to detail; you manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Willing to travel occasionally (up to ~25%).
