Your role
You turn complex technical information into clear and professional documentation. At the same time, you take end-to-end ownership of our CE and ISO processes, from documentation and preparation to audits, certification and follow-up actions.
What you’ll do
- Take ownership of CE certification and conformity, including requirements, technical files, testing and declarations, as well as equivalent standards for export (e.g. FCC) or for our partners.
- Manage our ISO certification and keep related documentation and processes up to date.
- Prepare, coordinate and follow up internal and external audits.
- Follow up findings and improvement actions through to completion.
- Work closely with R&D, Operations and other teams to collect information and drive compliance actions.
- Create and maintain commercial product presentations covering the compliance aspects of our product.
- Write and update user, installation and technical manuals.
- Translate technical information into clear content for customers, partners and colleagues.
- Monitor changes in regulations and legislation to anticipate future requirements for our products and processes
Who you are
- You preferably hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with CE, ISO, technical documentation or certification is a strong plus.
- Experience in ICT cybersecurity and/or an interest in technical product requirements and/or quality requirements is a plus.
- You work accurately, independently and in a structured way.
- You can turn complex technical information into clear and understandable content.
- You take ownership and like to follow things through from start to finish.
- You’re comfortable managing multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines.
- You communicate fluently in English. Dutch is a plus
