Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in executing market and regional plans
- Respond to technical inquiries regarding product selection, installation, and applications
- Prepare project documentation including technical drawings, material lists, and positioning maps
- Manage commercial processes such as quotations, order handling, shipments, and returns
- Conduct on-site integrations and training sessions
- Maintain product knowledge and translate customer needs into technical solutions
- Report on ongoing and upcoming projects
- Identify commercial opportunities within existing accounts
Profile
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- You reside in Belgium and are legally authorized to work here
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (ICT, Electronics, Electromechanics, etc.)
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in project management or technical implementation
- You’re capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- You communicate clearly, work in a structured way, and are customer-focused
- You’re proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- You have a basic understanding of networking technologies (VPN, TCP/IP, Ethernet)
- You’re willing to travel up to 60%, including outside Europe
